Our company annually performs work to extend the service life of nuclear power plant equipment.
In 2020-2021, we are performing at the Kursk NPP activities related to assessing the technical condition and justifying the residual life of the 6T Ph. C transformer; 1AT Ph. B, C, 2 AT Ph. А, В, С autotransformers; the reserve phase of AODTsTN-333000/750/330 autotransformer.
In 2018-2019, at the Kursk NPP, we assessed the technical condition of shunt reactors of Metallurgicheskaya overhead line Ph. A, B, C; 1AT Ph.A autotransformer; 25T, 26T transformers; the reserve phase of ORTs-417000/750-77U1, 6T.Ph. B, 5T Ph.A transformer.
In 2017, we assessed the technical condition and service life characteristics of the electrical equipment of Unit 2 at the Kola NPP (electric motors, transformers, pumps, and generators).
In 2017, we worked at the Leningrad NPP: we inspected, assessed the technical condition and justified the residual life of 16DPN 23/2x30 type 64G diesel engines. In addition, the technical condition of the SGD-16-69-6 type generators with PV-102 exciters of Unit 1 was surveyed and assessed, and its residual life is justified.
In 2016, the following works were performed:
At the Bilibino NPP: an assessment of the technical condition and residual life of the T 12/12-60/2.5 turbine of Plant No. 2.
At the Smolensk NPP: the extension of the service life. Survey, assessment of the technical condition and residual life of 12ZV40/48 (GDY10J-7900-6.3/5) and 15D100 (SGDS-15-74-8UKHL4) diesel generator sets.
At the Kola NPP: an assessment of the technical condition and service life characteristics of Unit 1 turbine generators and electric motors. Measures for service life management in terms of assessing the technical condition of the sealed enclosure system.
In 2015-2016, the technical condition of K-220-44 TA-11, TA-12 steam turbine packages of Power Unit No. 4 of the Novovoronezh NPP with assemblies, parts and devices was surveyed and assessed, their residual life was justified.
In 2015, the technical condition and residual life of the T-12/12-60/2.5 turbine rotor of Plant No. 4 at the Bilibino NPP was assessed.
In 2014-2015, we performed a set of works to determine the technical condition, assess the residual life and extend the service life of the K-500-65/3000 turbine plants of Plants TG-1,2, TG-3,4, TG-5,6 of Power Units No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 at the Leningrad NPP.
In 2014, the technical condition and residual life of 5-6T, 25T, 26T, 3TP transformers was surveyed, assessed; the possibility of further operation of Power Units No. 2, 3 of the Smolensk NPP was justified.
In 2013, we performed a set of works to determine the technical condition, assess the residual life and justify the service life and extend the service life of the DG-7.8 diesels of the reliable power supply system of Power Unit No. 2 at the Kursk NPP.
The service life of K-500-65/3000 TG-3, TG-4 turbines of power unit No. 2 of the Kursk NPP was extended from 2012 to 2014.
In 2012, we supported the operation and repair of power unit turbine rotors (assessment of the technical condition and residual life of the T-12/12-60/2.5 turbine rotor of Plant No. 2 at the Bilibino NPP).
From 2011 to 2013, at the Kursk NPP, we developed an inspection program, analyzed technical documentation and issued substantiating documents for the extension of the service life of 4DG-1, 4DG-2, 4DG-3 diesel internal combustion engines with auxiliary equipment, as well as TG-7, TG-8 steam turbines of Power Unit No. 4.
