Diagnostics

Our company has extensive experience in diagnostics of the nuclear power plant equipment.

In 2020, thermal tests of TVV-500-2UZ turbine generators of TG-1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 of the Kursk NPP were performed.

In addition, at the Kalinin NPP, the technical condition of the stator dismantled from the TG-1 was assessed.

In 2019, thermal tests of TVV-500-2MUZ turbine generator of TG-4 of the Kursk NPP were performed.

In 2019-2020, an operational assessment of the thermal state of the TVV-1000-4U3 turbine generator of Power Unit 4 was performed at the Balakovo NPP.

In 2018, the condition of the dismantled stator of the TVV-1000-4U3 turbine generator was examined at the Balakovo NPP to determine whether it can be further used as a reserve for unscheduled replacements.

In 2015-2017, at the Smolensk NPP, we performed:

  • An integrated survey of the oil-filled transformer equipment of a RODTs-110000/750 shunt reactor, Phases A, B, C;
  • An integrated survey of the technical condition of TTS-630000/500 package transformers;
  • Thermal tests of TVV-500UZ plant generators;
  • An integrated survey of oil-filled 3AT-11 Ph. A, B, C, 7R-31 Ph.A equipment.

In 2015, the tightness of the sealed enclosure of Units 1-4 of the Kola NPP was tested.

In 2014, the condition of mothballed TG-9,10 of Unit 5 at the Kursk NPP was surveyed.

In 2013, at the Kursk NPP, we:

  • Diagnosed the technical condition of the RVD-51 high-pressure rotor dismantled from the turbine of Plant No. 5, with additional calculations according to the methodology of the manufacturer Turboatom.
  • Performed an integrated survey: AODTsTN-333000/750/330 transformers (1 phase), ORTs-417000/750 transformers (2 phases); RODTs-110000/750 shunt reactors (6 phases).
